Sniffing the Lavender

Gracie's nose led the way through a lush patch of blooming lavender, her golden fur a perfect complement to the purple flowers beneath her paws. You can almost smell the sweetness of that summer afternoon just looking at this photo. She was never in a hurry when there were good smells to investigate — and lavender was clearly worth lingering over.
